• Two Bedroom Residences - $75,000 Deposit

• Three Bedroom Residences - $100,000 Deposit

• Four Bedroom Residences - $150,000 Deposit

10% of Purchase Price at Contract or balance of 10% after applying Reservation Deposit

Additional 10% of Purchase Price, sixty days after Contract to complete 20%

10% of Purchase Price at Groundbreaking to complete 30%

10% of Purchase Price at Top-off to complete 40%

60% of Purchase Price at Closing
